(إنشاء وتجهيز وتنفيذ وتشغيل شبكات مياه الأمطار والصرف الصحي ومحطات الضخ والمعالجة لمركز ناحية سبع البور)
يسر مجلس محافظة بغداد ومحافظة بغداد إعلان مناقصة إنشاء وتجهيز وتنفيذ وتشغيل شبكات مياه الأمطار والصرف الصحي ومحطات الضخ والمعالجة لمركز ناحية سبع البور وبكلفة إجمالية قدرها (185,920,496,300) مائة وخمسة وثمانون مليار وتسعمائة وعشرون مليون وأربعمائة وستة وتسعون ألف وثلاثمائة دينار عراقـــــــــي وبمــــدة تنفيــذ مقــــدارها ( 1095 ) يوم.
فعلى الشركات العراقية والأجنبية من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص الراغبة بالاشتراك بهذه المناقصة مراجعة محافظة بغــــــــداد / قسم العقود للحصــــــــــول على الوثيقة القياسية الخـــــــاصة بهذه المناقصة لقاء مبلغ قـــــــدره ( 10,000,000) عشرة ملايين دينار عراقي غير قابل للرد علما إن أخر يوم لتقديم العطاءات الساعة الثانية عشر ظهرا من يوم (الأحد) الموافق(13/10/2019) في محافظة بغداد / سكرتير لجنة فتح العطاءات / الاستعلامات الالكترونية .
يجب أن يتضمن العطاء المقدم ثلاث ظروف كما يلي
1- ظرف العرض الفني
2- ظرف العرض التجاري
3- ظرف المستمسكات المطلوبة .
- تلتزم الشركات العراقية بتقديم :-(شهادة تأسيس,عقد تأسيس محضر اجتماع ,إجازة ممارسة مهنة , هوية تصنيف نافذة بدرجة إنشائية ممتاز ,كهرباء ممتازة ,تقديم هوية غرفة تجارة صنف ممتاز /نافذة /كتاب عدم ممانعة من الهيئة العامة للضرائب معنون الى محافظة بغداد نافذ.
- تلتزم الشركات الأجنبية بتقديم شهادة تأسيس مصدقة من السفارة العراقية في بلد التأسيس وتقدم كافة الوثائق الخاصة بها مصدقة ومترجمة .
- الشركات الأجنبية التي لها فرع في العراق تقديم مايثبت ذلك
- تلتزم كافة الشكات بتقديم الوثائق الخاصة بالمدير المفوض .
- السيرة الذاتية للشركة مع بيان مؤهلات الكادر الهندسي الفني وبيان سيرهم الذاتية وتوفر المهارات والقدرات الفنية في تنفيذ إعمال المناقصة من كوادر هندسية وفنية ومعدات تخصيصية.
- تلتزم الشركات بتقديم الحسابات الختامية المصدقة لأخر سنتين.
4-يستقطع من مستحقات الشركة المتعاقدة كافة الرسوم والضرائب المشار اليها في القوانين والانظمة والتعليمات العراقية
5-يتحمل من ترسو عليه المناقصة أجور نشر الإعلان.
6-الالتزام بتقديم العطاء وفق ما مطلوب بالوثيقة القياسية.
7-جهة التعاقد غير ملزمة بقبول اوطا العطاءات الغير مستجيبة
8-تلتزم الشركة بتقديم ما يثبت توفر السيولة النقدية بمبلغ (30,986,749,383) ثلاثون مليار وتسعمائة وستة وثمانون مليون وسبعمائة وتسعة وأربعون إلف وثلاثمائة وثلاثة وثمانون دينار عراقي.
9-تلتزم الشركات بتقديم مايثبت حجم الإعمال المماثلة بمبلغ (79,441,000,000) تسعة وسبعون مليار وأربعمائة وواحد وأربعون مليون دينار عراقي .
10-تلتزم الشركة بتقديم ما يثبت معدل الإيراد السنوي بمبلغ (68,170,848,643) ثمانية وستون مليار ومائة وسبعون مليون وثمانمائة وثمانية وأربعون ألف وستمائة وثلاثة وأربعون دينار عراقي
11-تلتزم الشركات بتقديم تأمينات أولية على شكل خطاب ضـــــــــــمان أو صـــك مصدق بمبلغ (1,860,000,000) مليار وثمانمائة وستون مليون دينار

Build – up ,processing ,implementation ,operation of rainwater,
Sewage , networks pumping stations and processing saba al-bure center
The Baghdad provincial council and Baghdad Governorate pleased to announce tender build , supply ,implementation , of running network , sewage , networks pumping stations and processing Saba al -bure center . at total cost of(185,920,496,300)one hundred eighty five billion , nine hundred twenty million ,four hundred ninety six thousand and three hundred Iraqi dinars with the duration of (1095) day . for all Iraqi and foreign companies with experience and specialization wishing to participate in this tender should contact Baghdad of Governorate – Contracts Department to obtain the special standard document for this tinder for an amount of (10,000,000) ten million Iraqi dinars not refundable . The last day submission of bids on Sunday 13\10\2019 12.p.m in the Baghdad province /secretary of the committee/electronic Reception
The offers submitted must contain three envelopes as follows:
1- Technical offer envelope
2- Tardiness offer envelope
3- Required documents envelope
All companies are obliged to provide the following:
- establishment certification - foundation contract record foundation Meeting practice¬-the identity of classification ,valid with an excellent structural degree - excellent electricity-provide an excellent trade chamber of identity / Letter of no objection from the state Authority of taxes addressed to Baghdad governorate and should be valid
permeable all foreign companies are obliged to provide certificate establishment certified
by the Iraqi embassy in the country of incorporation and all documents their own certified and translated.
- foreign companies with a branch in Iraq provide proof .
- all companies are obliged to provide the document of the authorized manager
- CV of the company with a statement of the qualifications of the technical engineering staff a statement of their curs and provide technical skills and capabilities in the implementation of the tender works of cadres engineering and technical equipment specialized.
- the companies are obliged to submit certified statement for the last five years.
4 - all fees and taxes referred to in Iraqi laws regulations and instructions shall be deducted from the entitlements of the contracting company .
5- the contracting authority is not obliged to accept non – responsive bids .
6 -the bidder shall bear the fees of publishing and advertising .
7-Commitment to submits the tender as required by the standard document
8-The company is obliged to provide proof of availability of book account statement (30,986,749,383) thirty billion ,nine hundred eighty six million seven hundred and forty Nain thousand three hundred and eighty three Iraqi dinars.
9-The company is obliged to provide proof of similar works of anon mount (79,441,000,000)seventy nine billion , four hundred forty one million Iraqi dinar.
10- The company is obliged to provide proof of annual revenue rate amount(68,170,848,643)sixty eight billion one hundred seventy- million , Eight hundred forty eighty thousand six hundred forty three Iraqi dinars.
11- The company is obliged to provide primary insurance as bid bond or certified check in the amount of (1,860,000,000) one billion and eight hundred sixty- million Iraqi dinars.
